BB3000 Boring Machine

If you have ever repaired worn hinge points on loader arms or buckets, you know how difficult it is to cut off the worn area and try to weld on new hinge points while keeping everything lined up. A better way is to use the Climax Model BB3000 Portable Boring Machine. If the holes are not badly damaged, you can simply weld them up, attach the Climax Portable Boring Machine, and re-bore them to original dimensions. If the hinge points are so damaged that the entire area needs to be replaced, weld on new sections with slightly undersized holes, then quickly re-bore them to original dimensions while keeping everything in proper alignment.

FF1000 Flange Facer

The Model FF1000 Portable Flange Facer comes complete with all the components you need to get started. It consists of a mounting bell, a power module, and a flange facing module. A 115V power vertical feed module is offered as an option. Individual components and accessories are available for replacement or when required for some applications. The intent of the 115 vac and 230 vac 50/60 Motorized Saddle Machine is to rotate a cutting torch around the surface of a steel pipe, while producing a smooth high quality cut.

To accomplish accuracy and speed, the inexperienced as well as the experienced welder can improve productivity and quality. Smooth and precise cuts that require little or no grinding can be made with the Motorized Short Saddle Machine. 

The Motor Control Box, with forward-stop-reverse positions and a rheostat, controls the rotational speed of the torch around the pipe. The motorized machines are available for pipe sizes 1 1/2" - 48" (38 - 1219mm).
